White label software vs white label services
“White label social media” means two completely different purchases, and most comparison articles quietly blur them. Work out which one you are buying before you shortlist anything, because the wrong one wastes a month.
White label software
You do the work, under your brand
You license a platform, put your logo and domain on it, and your team creates and schedules the content. You keep the margin and the client relationship, and you carry the production work.
- Costs tens to low hundreds of dollars a month
- Scales with your team, not your invoice
- You own quality control and turnaround
- Aidelly is this. So are Cloud Campaign, Sendible and SocialPilot.
White label services
Someone else does the work, under your brand
You outsource the actual writing, design and posting to another agency who stays invisible. You resell it at a markup. You keep the client relationship and hand over the production.
- Usually priced per client per month, often $300 to $1,500
- Scales with your client count, directly
- Turnaround and quality depend on your provider
- Aidelly is not this. We do not write your clients’ content for them.
Which one do you actually need?
- You have people who can write. Buy software. Paying per client for content you could produce in-house is the fastest way to give away your margin.
- You are selling social but cannot staff it. Buy a service, at least until volume justifies hiring. Software will not write anything for you.
- You are somewhere in between. Most growing agencies are. Software plus AI drafting covers a surprising amount of the middle, which is the gap Aidelly is built for, but a human still reviews everything before it ships.
If you landed here looking for a service, we are genuinely not it, and we would rather say so than sell you a trial you will cancel. If you want the software, keep reading, or see how we compare with Cloud Campaign.
Three Ways Aidelly Becomes Yours
White-labeling is included on the Agency plan, no add-on fee, no separate contract.
Your brand, end to end
Swap every Aidelly mark for your own logo, name, colors, emails, and social previews. Auto-stamp every published image with your watermark, set once at the agency level, override per workspace, disable per post.
Your own custom domain
Run the whole platform, app and client-facing emails, on a domain you control. Domains connect with a guided DNS setup.
Branded client reports
Deliver polished analytics reports with your agency’s name on them. Proof of work that markets you while it informs the client.
Client-facing controls
Per-workspace toggles to hide Earn, Rewards, Feature Requests, Leaderboards, and the tier badge from client view. Clients only see what you want them to see.
Workspace admin role
Delegate workspace management to team members without giving up billing. Admins can edit white-label settings and manage members; only the owner controls billing.
Demo mode
A per-user toggle that hides tier, usage, and upgrade chrome, perfect for screen recordings and live demos when you don't want clients seeing platform plumbing.
Sell the Outcome, Not the Tool
When clients log into a platform with your branding on your domain. Clients aren’t using someone else’s tool, they’re using your agency’s product. That means higher perceived value, stickier retention, and pricing power.
- Clients never see the Aidelly name, only yours
- Branded reports double as marketing for your agency
- Unlimited client workspaces with isolated AI credits and keys
- All 11 platforms, AI content, inbox, and automation included
White-Label Setup: A Step-by-Step Guide
No engineering, no separate deployment, everything is configured from Settings. Here is exactly how it works.
- 1
Apply your branding
In Settings → White label, replace every Aidelly mark with your own. Changes preview instantly before you save.
- Upload your logo (light and dark variants) and set your brand name.
- Choose your brand color. It applies to buttons, accents, and emails.
- Save, then click "Apply branding" to push it live across the app.
- 2
Connect your custom domain
Open the Domains tab and add the domain (or subdomain) you want the app to run on.
- Enter your domain, e.g. app.youragency.com.
- Add the CNAME record we show you to your DNS provider.
- Aidelly verifies automatically; status moves to "Live" once DNS propagates (usually minutes).
- 3
Set up your sending domain
So client-facing emails come from your domain, verify a sending domain in the Email tab.
- Add your sending domain, e.g. mail.youragency.com.
- Add the DKIM and SPF records we generate to your DNS.
- Once verified, all notification and report emails send from your brand.
- 4
Onboard your clients
Create one workspace per client so everything stays cleanly separated.
- Add a workspace per client and invite their team members.
- Set a per-workspace AI credit allocation so no client drains the pool.
- Optionally add a per-workspace BYOK key, then start publishing.

White label FAQ
What is white label social media management?
White label social media management is when an agency delivers social media services to clients under its own brand, using software built by someone else. The client sees the agency's logo, colours and domain; they never learn which platform is underneath. It matters because it turns a reseller relationship into a product relationship. You are selling your agency's system, not passing through a vendor.
What is the difference between white label software and white label services?
White label software means you license a platform, put your branding on it, and your own team creates the content. You keep the margin and carry the production work. White label services means another agency writes and posts the content invisibly and you resell it, usually priced per client per month. Aidelly is software. We do not write your clients' content for them, and if that is what you need we would rather point you elsewhere than sell you a trial you will cancel.
Can I resell Aidelly to my clients as my own product?
Yes. That is what the Agency plan is for. Clients log in at your domain, see your logo and colours, receive emails from your sending domain, and get reports branded as yours. The vendor chrome, plan badges, referral links, feature requests, can all be switched off, so nothing points back to us. What you cannot do is claim you built the underlying platform if a client asks directly.
How much does white label social media software cost?
Aidelly includes white label on the Agency plan at $349 per month, or $279 per month billed yearly, with unlimited client workspaces. Most tools in this category price per client workspace or per seat instead, so the bill grows every time you win an account. That is the number worth comparing: model your cost at three times your current client count before committing to any annual plan, ours included.
Is white labeling legal?
Yes. White labeling is a standard commercial arrangement. You are licensed to present the software under your own brand, and Aidelly's Agency plan grants that explicitly. What you cannot do is claim you built the underlying platform if a client asks directly. Rebranding the interface is normal; misrepresenting authorship is not.
What exactly gets rebranded?
Your logo, brand name, colours, transactional emails and social link previews. You also get a custom app domain your clients log in to, branded PDF client reports, an agency-wide image watermark, and a dedicated sending domain so client emails come from you. Client-facing chrome that would reveal the vendor, the referral programme, rewards, feature requests, plan badges, can be switched off.
Do my clients need their own logins?
Only if you want them to have one. You can run everything yourself and send branded reports as links clients open without an account, or give each client a login to their own workspace on your domain. There is also a workspace admin role so a non-billing team member can manage settings without seeing your billing.
How do clients connect their social accounts without sharing passwords?
You send a connect link. The client clicks it and authorises their own Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or other account directly with that platform, so credentials never pass through you. This is the part agencies expect to be painful when onboarding at volume, and it is the part that is genuinely easy.
How long does white label setup take?
Branding, logo, colours, emails, is minutes. The custom domain needs a DNS record and then propagation, usually under an hour and occasionally up to a day depending on your registrar. The sending domain needs DKIM and SPF records. We will do the whole setup with you if you would rather not touch DNS.
Can I white label on a cheaper plan?
No. White label, the custom domain and branded reports are Agency-plan features. Launch and Scale include the publishing, AI and inbox tooling but render as Aidelly. We would rather say that plainly than have you subscribe and discover it.
