Acceptable Use Policy

Accounts you connect

Only connect social accounts you own or have been authorised to manage. If you are an agency, that authorisation has to come from the client, and you are responsible for having it. Connecting an account you do not have permission to post from is the most serious misuse of this product, because the consequences land on someone who never agreed to anything.

You must also follow the terms of each platform you publish to. Their rules apply to your content regardless of what ours say, and they can suspend an account we cannot get back for you.

Content you must not publish

• Content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Harassment, threats, or content that incites violence or hatred against people or groups.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises children. We report this rather than merely remove it.
• Deceptive impersonation of a person or organisation, including content presented as coming from someone it does not.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or the promotion of malware.
• Content that a platform prohibits, where publishing it through us would breach their terms.

Using the AI features

AI-generated drafts are drafts. You are responsible for what you publish, including checking it is accurate and that it does not misrepresent a product, a person, or a result. Approval workflows exist for this reason and we recommend using them for client work.

Do not use the AI features to generate content designed to deceive, to fabricate reviews or testimonials, or to produce material that would breach the section above. Do not attempt to extract system prompts, bypass safety filters, or use the service to build a competing model.

The service itself

• Do not probe, scan, or attempt to breach the service or another customer's workspace. Security research is welcome under the disclosure policy, which tells you how to do it safely.
• Do not circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or usage metering, or share one account to avoid paying for seats.
• Do not resell or white-label the service except under a white-label plan that permits it.
• Do not use automated means to place load on the service beyond normal product use, including scraping.
• Do not upload malware, or content designed to disrupt the service or other customers.

Reporting misuse

If you believe an Aidelly customer is publishing content that breaches this policy, email support@aidelly.com with enough detail for us to find it. If you believe your own accounts have been connected to Aidelly without your permission, email security@aidelly.com and say so plainly. We will treat that as urgent.

What we do about breaches

Our response depends on what happened. For most issues we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it. For serious breaches, particularly those in the content section above or unauthorised account access, we may suspend immediately and investigate afterwards.

We may remove content, suspend a workspace, or terminate an account. Where the law requires it, we will report to the relevant authorities. We will tell you what we did and why, unless doing so would obstruct an investigation.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes. If a change would make something you currently do unacceptable, we will give notice rather than enforce it retroactively.
