Using Aidelly

You must be 18+ and provide accurate account details. You're responsible for anything done under your login, so keep credentials secure.

What's Included

• A license to use Aidelly for your business, as long as you follow the rules.
• Generated content and brand tools owned by Aidelly—your brand data remains yours.
• Access to integrations (OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe, etc.) we use to deliver the product.

Payments & Plans

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable unless your agreement or consumer laws say otherwise. We'll notify you about price changes in advance.

Your Content

You own what you upload. You give Aidelly permission to process it so the AI can generate posts, assets, and analytics for you. Remove content any time—it leaves our active systems promptly.

Acceptable Use

• No abusing or reverse engineering the platform.
• No automating scraping or spamming without consent.
• No publishing unlawful or infringing material.

Availability & Changes

We aim for reliable uptime but may update, pause, or retire features as we iterate. If something breaks, we'll work to restore it quickly.

Ending the Service

You can cancel anytime in billing settings. We may suspend or end access for misuse, non-payment, or legal compliance. After closure we keep only what we must under law (e.g., invoices).

Legal Bits

• Services are provided “as is”; Aidelly isn't liable for indirect damages.
• You'll indemnify Aidelly against claims arising from misuse.
• Disputes go to binding arbitration in Georgia, USA. Georgia law applies.
