Activity Log FAQ
What does the activity log capture?
Every state-changing action in the workspace: post created / edited / scheduled / published / cancelled / deleted, account connected / disconnected, member invited / removed, settings updated, automations triggered, comments resolved. Each entry includes actor, timestamp, target, and a diff.
How long is data retained?
Launch: 30 days. Scale: 90 days. Agency: unlimited retention. All plans support CSV export of any visible range. Agency plan adds webhook delivery so your SIEM can ingest events in real time.
Does it satisfy SOC 2?
The activity log produces immutable, timestamped audit records of all state changes in the workspace, the foundation for the audit-evidence trail SOC 2 auditors expect. Note: Aidelly is not SOC 2 certified yet (working toward it).
Can clients see the activity log on white-label workspaces?
Activity log access is gated to workspace owners and admins. White-label clients with member-only access don't see it.
Can I filter by user or action type?
Yes, filter by actor, action type (e.g. "post_published"), target type, and date range. URL state is preserved so you can bookmark or share filtered views.
