Review Every DraftAs a Team.
Threaded comments, @mentions, emoji reactions, internal-vs-external visibility, and mark-as-resolved, on every draft post. No more Slack-to-spreadsheet handoffs.
Everything your team needs on a draft
Threaded Comments
Replies nest under the original comment, so context never gets lost in a long review.
@Mention Teammates
Type @ to autocomplete. The mentioned user gets a notification and the thread shows in their queue.
Internal vs External
Internal threads stay private to your team. External threads are visible to invited clients on shareable calendars.
Emoji Reactions
One-click reactions instead of "+1 LGTM" replies. Six built-in emojis.
Resolve / Reopen
Mark threads done. Filter to "Unresolved" to see what still needs your attention.
Digest Notifications
Per-user opt-in for instant / hourly / daily digest emails. Avoid the notification fire-hose.
Realtime
New comments and reactions appear instantly without refresh, built on Aidelly's realtime channel.
Activity Log Trail
Every comment and resolution is recorded in the workspace activity log for compliance and audit.
Discussions FAQ
Who can see internal vs external discussions?
Mark any thread "internal-only" and only workspace members see it. Threads marked "external" are visible to clients invited to the workspace and on shareable calendar links. Defaults to internal-only.
Do I get notified when someone @-mentions me?
Yes, in-app notification immediately, plus optional email digest (configurable per user: instant, hourly, or daily). The digest opt-in solves the #1 complaint about competitor collab tools: notification fire-hose.
Can I react with emojis?
Yes. Six built-in reactions (👍, ❤️, 🎉, 🚀, 👀, 🤔). One-click; toggles off if you click again. Often faster than a "Looks good" reply.
How do "resolve" and "reopen" work?
Mark a thread resolved when the conversation is done. It collapses and filters out of "Unresolved" view. Click "Reopen" if it comes back up. Resolved threads stay in history forever.
Is this real-time?
Yes, uses Aidelly's realtime channel. When a teammate adds a comment. You see it appear without refresh. Reactions update live too.
