Content Plugs FAQ

What's a Content Plug?

A reusable snippet of text (or text + media) you can insert into any draft with one click. Common uses: a sign-off ", Wilzer / Aidelly", a CTA "Try Aidelly free → https://...", a product mention, or a hashtag block.

Where can I insert them?

In the composer (any platform tab) and in chat. Type a slash to search, or use the Plug picker in the toolbar. The snippet inserts at cursor position.

Can plugs include variables?

Yes, use `{{workspace_name}}`, `{{current_month}}`, `{{first_name}}` (when posting from a chat conversation) and a few other built-in tokens. They resolve at publish time.

Can I A/B test plugs?

Not natively yet, but the analytics page rolls up which plugs are used on top-performing posts so you can see which CTAs and sign-offs correlate with engagement.
