When you connect a store, Aidelly does an initial sync of every active product (title, description, price, primary image, product URL, SKU). After that, you can re-sync on demand from the E-commerce page. Sync runs in the background — large catalogs (10k+ SKUs) keep working while products stream in.

No. Aidelly only reads product catalog data — title, description, price, images, public product URL. We do not request, store, or process customer PII, orders, or fulfillment data. Permission scopes are listed when you connect.
Store connections are workspace-scoped, so each workspace connects its own store. Agencies running multi-brand merch can connect the matching store per client workspace. Cross-workspace sync isn’t supported — by design, since each brand’s catalog stays isolated.
Disconnecting revokes the API credential and stops future syncs. Products already imported into your library stay available so previously scheduled posts don’t break — but they won’t refresh. Re-connect anytime to resume syncing.
