How to Set Up White Label on Aidelly
White-labeling turns Aidelly into your agency’s own product — your brand, your domain, your reports. This guide walks through every step, from applying your logo to onboarding your first client.
TL;DR
On the Agency plan, white-labeling takes four steps: apply your branding, connect a custom domain, verify a sending domain, and create a workspace per client. No engineering or separate deployment — it’s all in Settings. Prefer help? Every Agency upgrade includes a white-glove onboarding session with the Aidelly team.
Step-by-step
- 1
Apply your branding
Open Settings → White label. Every change previews live before you save, so you can see exactly what clients will see.
- Upload your logo — add both a light and a dark variant so it looks right in either theme.
- Set your brand name. It replaces "Aidelly" everywhere in the app, emails, and social previews.
- Pick your brand color. It drives buttons, accents, and email styling.
- Save your changes, then click "Apply branding" to push the new look live across the whole app.
- 2
Connect your custom domain
Switch to the Domains tab. This is the address clients will use to log in — e.g. app.youragency.com.
- Enter the domain or subdomain you want to run the app on.
- Copy the CNAME record Aidelly shows you into your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.).
- Aidelly checks DNS automatically. Status moves from "Pending" to "Live" once it propagates — usually within minutes, sometimes up to an hour.
- 3
Verify your sending domain
In the Email tab, set up a sending domain so notification and report emails come from your brand, not ours.
- Add a sending domain — e.g. mail.youragency.com.
- Add the DKIM and SPF records Aidelly generates to your DNS. These prove the domain is yours and keep emails out of spam.
- Once verified, every client-facing email — approvals, reports, alerts — sends from your domain.
- 4
Onboard your clients
With branding and domains live, set up a workspace per client so everything stays cleanly separated.
- Create one workspace per client and invite their team members with the right roles.
- Set a per-workspace AI credit allocation so a single client can’t drain your shared pool.
- Optionally add a per-workspace BYOK key to route that client’s AI through a dedicated provider account.
- Start creating and scheduling content — clients only ever see your brand.
White-glove setup is included
You don’t have to do this alone. When you upgrade to the Agency plan, a member of the Aidelly team reaches out to schedule a personalized onboarding session — we walk you through branding, your custom domain, your sending domain, and getting your first clients live.
