Inbox brings incoming social messages and comments into one review flow.

Use it to triage activity, draft replies, and keep community engagement from getting missed.

Before you start

  • Connect the supported inbox accounts first
  • Confirm auth is healthy if a sync has stopped working

Step-by-step tasks

Review and respond to an item

  1. Open the next item in the queue.
  2. Read the full message or comment.
  3. Generate an AI draft if you want a starting point.
  4. Edit the draft for tone and accuracy.
  5. Send the response or dismiss the item.

Sync the inbox

  1. Use the sync action on the page.
  2. Wait for the refresh state to finish.
  3. Review newly added items at the top of the queue.

Open automations from Inbox

  1. Move to the automations area from the inbox workflow.
  2. Review comment-triggered rules.
  3. Confirm which items should still require approval.

Common actions

  • Pull in the latest inbox items
  • Draft a reply with AI
  • Send or dismiss an item
