Create Post is the manual composer for turning an idea or draft into a publish-ready post.

Use it when you want direct control over copy, media, platform settings, and timing.

Before you start

  • Make sure the target social accounts are connected
  • Upload or choose the media you plan to use

Step-by-step tasks

Build a post from scratch

  1. Enter the caption and any title fields the target platform needs.
  2. Add media from upload or the library.
  3. Select the platforms you want to publish to.
  4. Review platform-specific settings.
  5. Save as draft, schedule, or publish now.

Schedule instead of publish now

  1. Finish the caption and media first.
  2. Choose the schedule action.
  3. Pick the publish date and time.
  4. Confirm the scheduled post appears in Calendar.

Save a draft for later

  1. Build the post as far as you can.
  2. Save it as a draft.
  3. Reopen it later from the draft workflow or related screens.
